β’ Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are intact
β’ Return request is made within 3 days of delivery
β’ Product has manufacturing defects or damage
β’ You received the wrong product
β Non-Returnable Items:
β’ Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
β’ Used or damaged products (unless received damaged)
β’ Products without original tags, labels, or accessories

π How to Return Your Order

Provide Details
Share your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
Get Approval
Our team will review and approve your return request within 24-48 hours
Ship It Back
Pack the product securely and ship it to our return address (we'll provide)
π° Refund Process
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Method: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrong.
π Exchange Policy
Product Exchange: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we'll arrange for a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, we'll send the correct one and arrange pickup of the wrong item.
